windows - initdb : could not execute command, postgres.exe"--boot -x1 -F ": 没有错误

运行安装的帐户是管理员。用户和每个人都可以完全控制 D: & C: 和所有子目录，包括/WebInfrastructurePlatformDataServer。

COMSPEC环境变量正确，指向C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe

没有尾随分号，从命令行调用 %COMSPEC% 返回正确路径，执行 echo“test ok”测试返回“test ok”。

我不确定还需要检查什么。我访问过的大多数其他页面/博客/论坛都说这是 COMSPEC 的问题，但到目前为止我的情况并非如此。

在上面的例子中，\data 没有被创建。当我们使用 D: 时出现相同的症状。

安装的账号不能是Administrator，应该是postgres之类的用户，同时还要修改cmd.exe的权限，让postgres可以执行。
