我最近在从 3.5 迁移到 3.7.3 时遇到了同样的问题:

• 我删除了 3.5，安装了 3.7.3
• 从 path 中删除旧版本的 python>
• 更新了 pipfile 以指向更新版本的 python
• 重启终端
• 重新安装 pip:https://www.liquidweb.com/kb/install-pip-windows/
• 重新安装pip install pipenv

然后你应该可以运行 pipenv install。
