我是这样解决的:

2. 列表项
3. 从项目中删除 Pods 文件夹
4. 删除.xcworkspace文件，
5. 删除Podfile.lock 文件
6. 最后，删除 DerivedData 文件夹

现在运行 pod install，问题应该已经解决了。
