我今天遇到了同样的问题，但我设法克服了它。我做的事情:

• 在手机上重新安装了 Android Wear(由于 this)
• 取消 watch 与 Android Wear 应用的配对，然后进行修复
• 多次从 Android Wear 应用重新同步应用
• 在 watch 上的“设置/关于/版本”中，我点击了几次 GMS 版本。它应该说“正在检查更新”。起初，此操作的 logcat 中有错误，然后(在重新安装等之后)这些错误消失了。
• 启动了 map 和健身(希望它们以某种方式触发更新)
