这是因为 Android Oreo 和更高的 API 级别。因此，您必须在 Android 8.0 及更高版本上发布任何通知之前创建通知 channel ，您应该在应用启动后立即执行此代码。重复调用此方法是安全的，因为创建现有通知 channel 不会执行任何操作。
