SET_TIME是a signature|privileged -level permission .您不能在运行时请求它，无论是使用 requestPermissions()或 GrantPermissionRule .

而且，除非您正在构建自己的固件或计划让 root 用户在特权分区上安装您的应用程序，否则您也可以删除 <uses-permission> list 中的元素。
