是否可以使用我自己的一个 JAR 中的 API，而不包括其依赖项？

我创建了一个独立的 Maven 项目 (A)，它是一个 API 模块，它使用许多第 3 方 jar，应该在多个项目中使用。但是在一个spring boot项目(B)中，由于A引入了依赖，导致spring boot项目无法正常运行。

如果A被排除在pom之外，那么spring boot就可以正常工作了。但我确实需要它的几个 API。我该如何解决这个问题？

由于任何 spring-web 都会让 spring boot 认为它现在是一个 web 项目，最后所有的 spring web 都被删除了。而且 spring-boot-starter-freemarker 也被删除了，因为它实际上没有被使用。
