node.js - npm 安装权限被拒绝 (macOS)

Question

要安装 Bootstrap 主题，我想运行 npm install。但是我总是收到权限被拒绝的错误。

我已经尝试过 nvm，然后切换到 nvm use 10.9.0 来运行 npm install。

我还尝试了 sudo chown -R $(whoami) ~/.npm 和 sudo chown -R $USER/usr/local/lib/node_modules。都没有解决它，现在我不知道如何继续。我使用 macOS High Sierra。
