我认为文档已经过时； boost::parallel::bsp_process_group似乎不再存在。使用 boost::graph::distributed::mpi_process_group相反，作为替代(加上添加 #include <map> )允许此代码在我的机器上编译(使用 Boost 1.59 的 Ubuntu 15.04)。
