您的代码肯定至少有几个问题:

width  = Header[13] * 0xFF + Header[12];

这不是读取两个字节值的正确方法...0xFF 是 255 而不是 256:正确的方法是

width  = (Header[13] << 8) + Header[12];

您的代码在编写时在同一区域也有不同的问题:

代码是错误的(注意例如你只考虑了width的低8位)。一个正确的版本应该是
