我自己发布答案，因为其他人也可能会遇到这个问题，而且那里没有太多信息。

有两个问题。我的 selectedCities 和 selectedStates 数组末尾有一个逗号。较新的浏览器不关心这一点，但 <=IE10 会关心。

此外还有一个 VueJS 问题。有人更新了 Vue JS 以使用 IE 10 及以下版本无法理解的新正则表达式字符串。解决方法是使用旧版本的 VueJS 或替换正则表达式。我在何处找到此信息的说明:
