经过一番调查，我得出的结论是，这是 Azure 中的一个错误。我在 Azure 门户中数据库的配置窗口中添加了我的 IP 地址，检查 SQL 是否可见以及其他一些设置。突然间它又开始工作了。我认为这可以视为一个可以解决的问题。

1. 检查您的数据库配置，以查看允许通过防火墙连接的 IP。
2. 检查数据库和 SQL 在 Azure 门户中的 SQL Server 设置下是否可见。
