打开命令行窗口并转到您的 neo4j 数据库目录。运行

bin\neo4j status 

检查数据库的状态。

如果正在运行，运行

bin\neo4j stop

关闭您的数据库。然后回到Neo4j Desktop，点击开始按钮，就可以没有症状了。
