当您为 WinINET 设置代理时,无法存储所有客户端都将从中受益的“全局”代理用户名和密码。您只能在每个进程的基础上缓存此用户名/密码。在此过程中,您可以使用 InternetSetOption API 提供用户名和密码。这只会为 WinINET 设置密码,而不会为 .NET 或其他 HTTP 堆栈设置密码。
