我不知道这是否有帮助，但在我注意到我的主要“projectname.csproj”已将其 Mvc 5.2.3.0 版本设置为私有(private)和我的“projectname.csproj”之前，我遇到了与您相同的问题。 infrastructure.csproj"已将其版本设置为 5.2.2.0。我只能假设这是我的版本问题的主要原因。
