我来自GAE/J-land，所以我不熟悉Python，但我之前遇到过来 self 的taskqueue worker 的405 响应。就我而言，这是由于在构建 Task 时将 TaskOption 方法设置为 POST 造成的，而我的处理程序仅提供 GET 请求。
编辑:检查 TaskQueue.add() docs 后，如果未指定方法(如在您的代码示例中)，似乎使用的默认方法是 POST，而您的处理程序似乎只能处理 GET 请求。
我的建议是明确指定您的任务使用 GET 方法而不是 POST，或者将处理程序的处理方法更改为 POST 而不是 GET。
