您不需要编译 MVC(或 Mono)，但您需要 Mono 2.4，它可以在 Mono 下载站点上获得。

您唯一需要的 DLL 是 System.Web.Mvc.dll。在 VS 中处理此问题的最简单方法是将该程序集的“Copy Local”设置为 true。不要在本地复制任何其他 System.* 引用。
