有同样的问题。

我加了

 if (!sourceText) console.log("createSourceFile " + fileName);

在位于 \node_modules\typescript\lib\typescript.js 下的 createSourceFile 函数中

再次运行 ng build，记录所有文件。我设法查看丢失了什么文件并进行处理。
