我怀疑(但无法确认)System Integrity Protection (SIP) OSX El Capitan 阻止访问您的 /usr/lib 文件夹。

这将是极端的并且违背了安全功能的目的，但您可以尝试通过启动到 OS X 恢复分区、执行 csrutil disable 并重新启动来禁用 SIP...至少直到另一个选项/变通办法可以找到。
