django - 推Django项目时Heroku出现 "Push rejected, no Cedar-supported app detected"如何解决？

在heroku上测试Push进程，我创建了一个应用程序，但是我没有编辑任何东西，这意味着我没有设置任何数据库连接。

有人知道吗？我想这个错误是微不足道的，但我看不到错误。

我很确定更正 requirements.txt 的拼写会解决这个问题。然后是下一个添加 postgres 数据库并推广它的问题。
