问题是组件作者更改了他们的 IP 地址而没有通知社区。

Gradle 保留了一个插件缓存，我必须清除缓存才能让 gradle 识别新的 IP 地址。为此，我执行了以下操作:

在 Android Studio 中:

1. 文件 > 使缓存无效/重新启动...
2. 失效并重启

在 Android 终端 (OSX) 中:

./gradlew cleanBuildCache

在 Android 终端 (Windows) 中:
