我转到我的 SDK 管理器，工具 - HTTP - “我的 IP 地址”。 Port- 80 并选择 Fetch。

我选择了 Version 4.4、Google USB Drivers、Support Library 和 Android SDK Platform tools 的整个文件夹。除了版本 4.4 文件夹之外，我几乎没有接触任何东西。单击安装包。

不确定这是否是您具体情况的解决方案，但最近的 sdk 管理器版本可能需要管理员权限才能安装包。

1) 程序文件 (x86) > Android > android-studio > sdk >

2) 右击SDK Manager.exe并以管理员身份运行

3) 现在尝试安装你的包
