The doc mentions :

After pushing your changes to a (public) repository, you just provide other people the URL of your repository and the name of the branch or the revision id.
E.g.:

git://example.com/repo.git BRANCHNAME

• 开始:这应该是您的更改所基于的修订。
• URL:您的存储库的公共(public) URL，可以被 pull 您的更改的人访问。
• 结束:这应该是提交结束的分支名称或修订版 ID。

在该公共(public)存储库上创建 PR 后，您可以通过推送同一分支来更新它(至少对于 GitHub)。

我建议不要使用 master，而是该 PR 的专用分支(图中此处:'issue-993'，它从 版本开始>起源/主人)。
