可能文件没有安装在您期望的路径中。在 Ubuntu 11.10 中，我在 /usr/local/configs 下看到它们，因为它可以在 pip uninstall 输出中看到:

$ sudo pip uninstall grc

  /usr/local/configs/apache_access.yml
