你的错误看起来像你缺少 libpq-dev

您要先在系统上安装 Postgres 吗？

试试这个:

sudo apt-get install postgresql postgresql-client postgresql-server-dev-all libpq-dev

接下来，你能以 root 身份安装 pg gem 吗？

sudo su - root
gem install pg
