你应该使用 bundle exec to "run the command in context of the bundle" :

bundle exec rake install

如果这不起作用，可能是一个错误，而且 yard 甚至不在 Gemfile 中。临时解决方法是将此行手动添加到 Gemfile:

gem 'yard'
