您的路径环境变量指向错误的文件夹

你的 ruby​​ 路径是 C:\Ruby193\bin

返回并编辑您的路径环境变量以指向 C:\Ruby193\bin 。现在你有 C:\Ruby\192\bin

现在删除 Ruby 和 193 之间的反斜杠。
您的路径设置为:C:\Ruby\193\bin :-) !
你的 .bat 在文件夹中:C:\Ruby193\bin
