我在 iOS 8 上遇到了同样的问题，更具体地说，iPad 3 比其他设备更经常出现故障。

根据你的帖子和我能找到的其他几个帖子，这似乎是 UIWebView 仅在 iOS8 上的问题，因为它适用于 iOS7。

我所做的是在 iOS8 上使用新的 WKWebView，它不会出现同样的问题，同时继续在 iOS7 上使用 UIWebView。

最好的办法是向 Apple 提交雷达，同时切换到 WKWebView。
