.emacs.d 的根目录一般不属于load-path 的一部分，最近的Emacs 版本甚至会给用户一个警告信息，令人气馁如果实际上是用户这样做，则反对这样做。创建一个名为 lisp 或 hello-world 的子文件夹并将您的库放入其中，然后添加 lisp 或 hello-world 目录添加到您的 load-path 并重新启动 Emacs。以下是 load-path 相关文档的链接:https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/emacs/Lisp-Libraries.html
