执行@JackFrost 提到的操作的更简单方法是使用您的 %GOPATH% 环境变量。

这让我免去了在 bin 文件中编译 list 文件的麻烦。

%GOPATH%\bin\rsrc.exe -manifest file.manifest -o rsrc.syso
