刚刚找到这篇文章，我遇到了同样的问题。这是在安装后更改我的主机名的结果。我能够通过更新两个主机名来解决这个问题:

/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/xe/network/admin/tnsnames.ora

和

/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/xe/network/admin/listener.ora
