我在使用 heroku toolbelt 更新时遇到问题(在 Ubuntu x64 上)。

无论我尝试运行什么 heroku 命令，heroku 工具带都会尝试 self 更新，并且更新总是失败并显示以下输出:

我已经删除了我的 ~/.heroku，我已经 apt-get remove --purge heroku*，但它仍然失败了。
