所以这发生在我最近在 Windows 上。我使用具有管理员权限的 PowerShell 按照以下步骤进行修复:

1. 删除node_modules文件夹
2. 以管理权限运行 npm install --global windows-build-tools。 (在我的情况下需要重新启动 - 并且无需询问即可重新启动!!!)
3. 使用 npm install
重新安装 node 模块或 node-sass
