检查您的 项目 -> 属性 -> VC++ 目录 -> 库目录，包括 OpenCV 库所在的路径，默认为 'C:\opencv\build\x86\vc11\lib'(在运行 VS2012 的 32 位机器上，它会因其他设置而异)。
