您应该在 npm install 之后复制文件。现在您正在安装依赖项，然后复制所有内容，因此您实际上取消了该安装并且您没有依赖项。

在您的 Dockerfile 中，您有:

...

应该是:

...
COPY . /usr/src/app
RUN npm install
RUN npm install pm2 -g
...
