您可以通过设置 pypi.org 来忽略 SSL 错误。和 files.pythonhosted.org 以及较旧的 pypi.python.org 作为受信任的主机。

$ pip install --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host pypi.python.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org <package_name>
