However, I am quite concerned because I see a high level of regulation regarding the use of a business account and many non-technical, political aspects. For example, there are requirements related to the size of the business or its fame and reputation.

For those with information up to date in 2023, can I recommend using the WhatsApp Cloud API for a small, unknown business to avoid a situation where everything is technically fine but there's a rejection based on, for example, the business having a small number of clients? Or was such an issue only present before the release of WhatsApp Cloud API (I understand the release was in 2022)?
